With our refreshing pool (a Camper favorite in the Texas heat!), wild theme days, and endless outdoor activities, every minute of Day Camp helps kids stay active, build confidence, and connect with new friends in a safe, Christ-centered environment. 

But we know it’s not just about fun—your child will also have time to pause, reflect, and grow in their faith. From drop-off to pick-up, they’ll experience a balance of excitement and enrichment, all under the care of our dedicated Coaches who are here to guide and encourage them every step of the way.

Our Day Camp Coaches are exceptional high school students, handpicked for their excellence, faith, and guided by remarkable college leadership. These vibrant coaches aren't just guiding from the sidelines; they're actively engaged, participating in activities alongside the campers. The title "Coach" mirrors their dedication to nurturing young spirits, offering support, encouragement, and leading by example. From the moment your child steps into T Bar M, a welcoming Coach is ready to greet them!

We hire people passionate about ministry. T Bar M is about relationships and that starts with our staff. We hire people passionate about their personal relationship with Christ, passionate to serve and passionate about T Bar M’s mission … to present Jesus, teach His ways and represent Him in an exciting, enthusiastic and encouraging camp and retreat experience.
