What's a Coach?

We are intentional about who we entrust to lead your kids. At T Bar M, we call our Camp counselors "Coaches" because they do more than supervise, they guide, mentor, and invest in each Camper’s life. Their goal is simple: to help kids and families connect with Jesus while creating lasting relationships. Coaches are the heartbeat of T Bar M, sharing the hope of Jesus and making Camp an unforgettable experience for every kid who walks through our gates.

Our Directors

We hire people passionate about ministry. T Bar M is about relationships and that starts with our staff. We hire people passionate about their personal relationship with Christ, passionate to serve and passionate about T Bar M’s mission … to present Jesus, teach His ways and represent Him in an exciting, enthusiastic and encouraging camp and retreat experience.
